Starting the day with Breakfast club

Being hungry can affect our students' ability to focus in class and reduce their mood and ability to learn.  74% of students surveyed at our Breakfast Club said that they never or only sometimes have a proper breakfast at home.  As well as physical nourishment, our breakfast club provides vital social connections and a positive sense of mental well-being

Last year, 574 students benefited from Breakfast Club (52% of whom were eligible for Free School Meals). In the last month alone, the breakfast club has been used by 440 students, with 126 breakfasts served each day, representing a significant increase on the previous period.
